The Wikimedia Foundation currently has 9 Trustees: three elected by the community (Kat Walsh, Ting Chen, and Samuel Klein), two selected by the chapters (Arne Klepert and Michael Snow), three [of four] appointed for their expertise by the Board (Jan-Bart de Vreede, Stu West, and Matt Halprin), and founding Trustee Jimmy Wales.

A fourth appointed Trustee is being sought by the Nominating Committee.
