This looks great close up, but I recommend somehow simplifying the silhouette and the internal lines so it "reads" better when small. The logo should look discernable with simple flat colors instead of lots of gradients.

First, maybe get rid of the edge lines of the stack of pages. Also, the pages should each be comprised of 2x2 puzzle pieces, not 3x4, such that the right page will have just its top-right piece missing.
