From Meta, a Wikimedia project coordination wiki
Dürer's Rhinoceros - Albrecht Dürer was an innovator in spreading art to the public through printmaking.

The Free Culture Index is a concept to evaluate free culture compliance within the GLAM sector.

The current draft iteration has four subject areas (Photography, Images, Copyright, Data), each of which can be evaluated on a score of 0-3.

The greatest innovator in this area may be awarded with the Albrecht Dürer Rhinoceros Prize of Free Culture.
