Funds Dissemination Committee/Final proposal to the Board of Trustees

This page is for the final proposal to the Wikimedia Foundation Board of Trustees on the Funds Dissemination Committee and the process by which the movement will disseminate funds to entity groups. It was developed through input from Sue Gardner, interviews (including with chapter leaders at the Berlin conference, the WMF Board of Trustees, and external experts), WMF staff, the FDC Advisory Group, and others in the Wikimedia community who have engaged in the extensive discussion. We are still in the process of finalizing this version.
