I want to add data on the population of rural settlements in the Wikipedia's articles.
What is the problem you're trying to solve?[edit]
Population census of 2010 rural settlements of the Sverdlovsk region is not in the public domain. They need to buy. As well as similar data on January 1, 2013.
What is your solution?[edit]
I would like to buy in the Statistical Service of the Sverdlovsk region, these data and make them into Wikipedia's articles.

- I like very much this project. It is an extremely straight-forward approach. Even in the most unfeasible scenario, it is a risk which can be confidently taken. And thanks Игорь Темиров for contributing to improve content about the rural settlements of the Sverdlovsk region (which I presume is this, excuse my ignorance and it will be great to have in the future more info on Wikipedia about it). I presume by adding the data on WikiData – even if the source is not in public domain – you make it open (if i understand the issue correctly data can not be copyrighted, but a table can; in this case I presume they ask you to pay to access the information - maybe the administrative work behind it – but in any case, by re-entering the data on WikiData, everything will become open). Sorry if i suggest WikiData but it is worth to have the population of the rural settlements of the Sverdlovsk region on Wikipedia in all languages :) --iopensa (talk) 23:23, 30 September 2014 (UTC)
- Thank you for your support. Only we are not talking about the area, and wider - about the region. Regional Statistics Committee does not give free access census data 2010. I want to buy by a grant a book from the results of the census and add to Wikipedia and, of course, in WikiData. Игорь Темиров (talk) 08:42, 1 October 2014 (UTC)
