Help:Conventions
From Meta, a Wikimedia project coordination wiki
The conventions of a project are the choices concerning things such as the capitalization of article titles, the severity of disciplines for different acts of disruption to the wiki, etc. These are generally instated by the founder(s) of the project shortly after creation, though they may be subject to change.
