Meänkieli - new language at Wiktionary?

I suggest that we add a new language to Wiktionary. Meänkieli was earlier a dialect of Finnish, but since 2000 it is recognised by the Swedish parliament as a language in its own right. We need to built up a dictionary and grammar for that language. Wiktionary suits fairly well for that purpose. It has not automatic declination generators, but the paradims as such are useful later on. All declinations must thus be written, but it is a good start. Model for Meänkieli is the Finnish language. Many paradigms can be borrowed and adapted to Meänkieli. Quick progress thus.
