temp. vs. perm.[edit]

Just a few words, because some of you asked why I chose a request for temp. instead of perm. adminship: The reason can be read at user_talk:Mike.lifeguard#temp.->permanent_adminship?. However, I don't know whether I'll have enough time in future to be able to participate in administrating. So I guess I'm fine with this temp. adminship. -- seth 01:06, 8 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

'permanent' here is at least until you get reconfirmed (after a year, IIRC). So there is not that much difference, I don't think/believe you will cause damage, and if you don't use it anymore then after the confirmation it will get removed .. --Dirk Beetstra T C (en: U, T) 16:03, 8 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
