Pronunciation of relevant people's names

One big problem with "foreign" people who are in the news is, how the hell do you pronounce their name. In comes the option of using "transliterations". These are different from language to language as each language writes sounds in a different way. (This means that you can transliterate English for the speakers of say the German language).

One obvious way of dealing with this is by recording the pronunciation of people who are of interest and record them in Commons. An example of this is Desi Bouterse an ex-military ruler turned politician from Surinam.

The naming convention used is: xx-name.ogg

• xx is the ISO 639 code
• name is the name of the person involved
