Proposals for closing projects/Closure of Afar Wiktionary

From Meta, a Wikimedia project coordination wiki

The result of the following proposal for closing a WMF project is to CLOSE the project. Please, do not modify this page.

The Afar Wiktionary is empty, apart from the usual spam. I believe it should be closed. --Johannes Rohr 14:41, 26 July 2007 (UTC) Motion to close this discussion in 7 days from now. MaxSem(Han shot first!) 10:28, 9 December 2007 (UTC) The result was close. MaxSem(Han shot first!) 11:08, 17 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Is the content of the project being to be transferred to the Incubator or it's just the admins here find this entry too offensive? :P ... It is French, not English... --83.44.128.168 00:14, 25 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I notified both MaxSem and Johannes Rohr about my message above but they do not seem to be around lately. If an admin with transferring rights sees this, please make the transfer. The task has been neglected for months now --83.44.128.168 10:25, 25 August 2008 (UTC) ... and it does not seem to be much work. --83.44.128.168 10:27, 25 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I transfered the pages to incubator:Wt/aa (Main Page). SPQRobin (inc!) 11:20, 25 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Support (5)[edit]

  1. Support closure, no content whatsoever. Majorly (talk) 12:14, 7 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
  2. Support closure: no content (wikt:aa:Special:Allpages) and no useful activity besides de-spamming (wikt:aa:Special:Recentchanges). --A. B. (talk) 15:30, 8 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
  3. Support closing. No Afar content, no Afar activity. --Jorunn 01:24, 10 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
  4. Support for the same reason as all the others, no activity, no content. ST47 16:15, 16 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
  5. Support closure: Sorry for Afar people, but it is a dead project. There are only 3 articles, and the main page is in English language instead of being in Afar language. Please close it! Best regards. --Sarvaturi 16:23, 29 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
