This is a proposal for closing and/or deleting a wiki hosted by the Wikimedia Foundation. It is subject to the current closing projects policy.

The proposal is accepted and the proposed actions should be taken.

  • A Language Committee member provided the following comment:
    I have proposed closure to the Board after Langcom considered this proposal. >>Inactivity in itself is not a valid reason for closure. But regarding the content: Contrary to the comment [it] has enough content to be kept open for editing; and the language of the content on which I fell when clicking on the random page link is essentially in Min nan., looking at the 40 pages of zh-min-nan:b:Special:AllPages, this does not seem to be the case; the pages are not really extensive or elaborate, rather of the small quality and quantity where we closed wikis before. This wiki has an absense of both content and activity, if you look at the recent changes of the project are user crations and now there are no changes on the main namespace, even bots aren’t at it. And also, none of the books are either complete, nor are they nearing completion TheChampionMan1234 (talk) 04:41, 20 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Oppose To me this project -- even if it has almost no activity -- has enough content to be kept open for editing; and the language of the content on which I fell when clicking on the random page link is essentially in Min nan. Secondly, putting this on Incubator won't help it gain content in any way, as it would literally be drowned among the countless test wikis. --Jagwar 交談 homewiki 04:10, 22 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
