Proposals for closing projects/Closure of Welsh Wikiquote

The following proposal for closing a WMF project is under discussion.

I propose closure of Welsh Wikiquote. (cy.wikiquote.org) This project has no active native user. Welsh wikiquote is becoming a target of vandalism. The number of content pages is only 10. Welsh wikiquote is completely died.--Kwj2772 (論) 07:14, 3 July 2009 (UTC)

  1. Michiel1972 19:50, 5 July 2009 (UTC) 10 articles after 3 years online? Please clean up such non-functioning wiki-projects earlier, e.g. after a short review 1 year after launching.

A notice has been added to the main page of the project as well. Messages have also been posted on cy.wikipedia, cy.wiktionary and cy.wikisource. --83.44.128.116 11:54, 4 July 2009 (UTC)
I was unaware of its existence until today. I've been contributing to the main Wikipedia site for some time but have now decided to make Wikiquote my new project. For that reason, I would not like to see the project closed. 86.128.104.25 12:39, 14 November 2009 (UTC)
