Requests for comment/Violation of local policy by Ukrainian arbitration committee
The following request for comments is closed. First of all, there are no 'suits', 'legal' and so on on Wikimedia, we're a website not a tribunal but in any case, this request failed to obtain any support in the past three years and is inactive. In any case, if the original poster, by his own admission, opened a procedure against an arbcom member, he's the one that initiated procedures, and so I see no policy violation in regards to the quoted paragraphs of ukwiki policy. In September 2009 I bring a suit to Ukrainian arbitration committee against uk:user:NickK (local admibistrator) - uk:Вікіпедія:Запити на арбітраж/NickK. At that time user NickK was member of Ukrainian arbitration committee.
Local arbitration policy[edit]
1. Арбітражний комітет розглядає питання тільки з подання користувачів у формі позову. 8. Члени Арбітражного комітету не можуть ініціювати розгляд справ, окрім тих, що пов'язані з виконанням попереднього рішення Арбітражного комітету.
Against this policy user NickK filed a counterclaim.
And decision of Ukrainian arbitration committee. Ukrainian arbitration committee do not allow my edits in namespaces: template, wikipedia, wikipedia talk and allow any administrator progressive blocking until indefinite.
