This proposal has been rejected. While this request has technically been rejected, in reality this is a request that has been sitting open or on hold for a long time with little evidence of a community coming together to build a project. If a community comes together in the future and makes a new request, LangCom would consider that new request without prejudice. A committee member provided the following comment: Just a couple of pages, created right around the time of this request. - The community needs to develop an active test project; it must remain active until approval (automated statistics, recent changes). It is generally considered active if the analysis lists at least three active, not-grayed-out editors listed in the sections for the previous few months.
- The community needs to complete required MediaWiki interface translations in that language (about localization, translatewiki, check completion).

- Oppose: The name of this dialect is not Northern Luri-Feyli, but Northern Luri. Feyli is different, it is a dialect of Kurdish.--Gomada (talk) 22:17, 13 January 2016 (UTC)
There is no language named Feyli Lur only Feyli Kurd dialect is spoken by Feyli Kurds in Ilam and Kiramnshah provinces. Pan Lurs in Iran try to introduce Feyli Kurd with a fabricated name of Feyli Lur.

I think this page should be redirected to Requests for new languages/Wikipedia Lurish because they are the same language (lrc). If nobody complains, I will do so. MF-Warburg... Ah, it's Wiktionary, not Wikipedia. Sorry. Anyway, is Lurish, Luri, Northern Lurish, or "northern luri-feyli" the correct term? PiRSquared17 (talk) 13:57, 23 October 2013 (UTC)
