Hello. I've renamed you at meta as per your request at WM:CHU. In the other projects where Machete97 exists (SUL) local bureaucrats exists so you'll have to request them to rename you. Please have a look at the index of pages where renaming can be requested and logged in to Machete97 make a request to them. If you're wanting to vanish, why the renames? You're leaving behind very public logs of what your previous usernames were, for instance, and anyone going to your old userpage will just end up being redirected to your new one. en:WP:RTV doesn't seem to have anything to do with this, really.
If you want to vanish, I'd actually suggest requesting that we lock your account over at SRG instead. I'm worried that you may be mistaking WP:RTV for en:WP:CLEANSTART. Vanish means you go away and don't come back. Clean start is pretty much what it sounds like.
If you're actually wanting a clean start, I can't suggest enough to read en:Wikipedia:CLEANSTART#Identification_with_old_account first, then User:Kylu/Essay (regarding privacy), and then simply starting a new account after requesting the old one be locked.

  • Reason: I use the username "Jurock" for nearly every single Wikimedia project, with the exception of Wikisource in Spanish. As it seems, the account was created before I could do a SUL account of it, thus remaining unattached. In any case, es:s:User:Jurock is an inactive account, with no contributions, and my request is to change that username to any (in Wikinews such a rename would be done to "Jurock (usurped)"), so that "Jurock1" can be renamed to "Jurock". I don't know if I'm being clear enough, sorry :P Anyway, I requested the name change to the one and only local bureaucrat there (LadyInGrey), but I then read in her userpage that she's not active.
