Question numbering[edit]

It would be much easier to reply to questions if the question number didn't depend on the person asking the questions. Could the questions (and the answers that have thus far been provided) be refactored to have a single numbering set please? Thanks. Mike Peel (talk) 19:40, 7 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Renumbering questions takes a lot of very ugly wikimarkup, and it's brittle at best on a page shared by many. If you want, I can try to adapt the template I've hacked up for past ArbCom elections[1] but they're at least as annoying to use for the one answering the questions (though they make the result much more readable). — Coren (talk) / (en-wiki) 02:50, 8 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
