Eventual drawbacks of the proposed change[edit]

Hello There !

I am a contributor to the french version of Wikipedia, and as such, I am considering to vote in favor of the proposed change about GFDL et CC Licence (and other "IPR Stuff"...)

Even though I am not very familiar with these matters... I find rather convincing the reasons given for the proposed change, (i.e. to get a better match of our IPR rules with Wikipedia goals...). However, it seems to me that something is missing... (in my personal parlance, I call it: "The Trap detector approach" !)

What is missing ? A short assessment of the eventual drawbacks, (if any), of the proposed change. More generally, Wikipedia goals include the following fact of life: "Any medal has 2 faces". As a result, any proposal always has... "Pros & Cons" !

It seems to me that it would be more in accordance with "Wikipedia spirit", (NPOV and son on...), to systematically provide a sentence showing at least, that the pitfalls of the proposed change have been considered !

As you know, this is the "tragedy of law makers": they never pay enough attention to "undesired side effets" !

Pourquoi avons-nous, à http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Licensing_update/fr , la bonne orthographe: "Exiger que les nouvelles contributions de la communauté soient sous double licence, alors qu'à https://wikimedia.spi-inc.org/index.php/Special:SecurePoll/vote/1 , le verbe est au singulier: "soit sous double licence" ? [Fr]Choix de la licence[edit]

- - Je ne suis pas favorable à la licence CC-by-sa, je luis préférai la licence CC-by-nc

- - Car c'est la seule licence qui garantit l'avenir de Wikipédia.

- - Les problèmes de copyright en général pose d'énormes problèmes pour garantir la qualité des articles.

Quasiment personne ne veux que les autre s'enrichissent gratuitement grâce à son travail ou son hobby

de très nombreuse photos présente sur Wikipédia sont en théorie illégales

- - Avec ce type de licence on pourrait facilement convaincre les ayant droit, plus résoudre le problème de la médiocrité de la plus part des photos sur Wikipédia.

- Qu'en pensez - vous ?

Paternité[edit]

Autrement dit, les auteurs n'ont plus à être cités, mais seulement Wikipédia. Grosse arnaque., car la licence dit le contraire : c'est vers l'historique de l'article qu'il faut lier. D'autre part, il faut une liste des auteurs. Marc 10:43, 28 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
