Apologies[edit]

  • Mike Peel 00:25, 7 January 2010 (UTC) Off to Poland on that day. I'm around London on the 8th though. On way back from Poland on the 17th (previous statement was based on the 10th). Mike Peel 08:54, 13 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  • Don't we usually do these on the second Sunday of the month (i.e. the 10th?). I could have made the 10th, but have plans on the 17th unfortunately. Will it be the second Sunday next month, or are we shifting it to the third Sunday? WJBscribe (talk) 12:26, 9 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, usually the second Sunday of the month! Gordo 17:09, 9 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
James F changed it to the following week as he could not make the 10th, see en:Wikipedia talk:Meetup/London 29. I certainly won't be able to make it tommorow due to the unstable weather at the moment. Camaron · Christopher · talk 23:03, 9 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Wikimeets in Jan and Feb[edit]

Is there any interest in having an additional wikimeet or two as part of wmuk:Britain Loves Wikipedia? There are currently two events that might be of interest in/near London: on the 31st January there will be a launch event at the en:Victoria and Albert Museum, and on the 20th February the en:The British Postal Museum & Archive will be opening up its archives in Essex to us. We could either have a wikimeet at the same place/time, or just appear there to participate in the events. Mike Peel 08:54, 13 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

London Wiki Wednesdays[edit]

Looks like there will be two meetings, Wednesday 3rd February and 3rd March 2010. Details to follow! Gordo 10:18, 15 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
