Talk:Recruiting editors

From Meta, a Wikimedia project coordination wiki

Editors[edit]

The first thing that come to my mind when I think of editing and how it should correspond to Wikipedia. There is always the corprate ladder ever present. However a targeted interest group can be isolated to harbor information as well as validate it. Then you establish an editor-in-chief,who then oversees the whole as a representative. More or less this would synchronize all available data pretaining to the corresponding topic or group. In a nutshell there is a need for editors to investigate, validate, and change any area of research or development.
