User creation log[edit]

Hey, I wondered if somebody could answer this for me. I am creating my own wiki site (click here to view it), and I was wondering how I can create a user creation log, like on wikipedia when a new user is made, it is logged. Propose replacing section 7[edit]

I propose replacing all of translated section 7 with this text (or a consensual variation)

A small number of wikis, by consensus, have either extended the number of days (AutoConfirmAge) required to change the status, and/or extended the number of edits (AutoConfirmCount) required.[2]

Users can check their status at each wiki via the links Special:UserRights and the rights affected at Special:ListGroupRights.

The current text is old, and is not suitably accurate to cover the differences in autoconfirmed rights.
