Organize by project, not by language[edit]

I suggest that the whole slogan project would be much better organized by project, not by language. The current page, organized by language, has not been proceeding well.

Organization by project has several distinct advantages:

There are far fewer Wikimedia projects (currently 9 including Meta) than there are Wikimedia languages (currently 250). This makes it far easier to build a flexible up-to-date list by project than by language (the latter will remain a mostly empty list as it is presently...)
Organization by project (especially in a chart using class="sortable") allows easy comparison of the name/slogan of a project in specific scripts, in closely related languages, etc. It allows sorting by language code, language name, etc.
