Could someone please elaborate on the difficulties with either getting the trademark or domain name for Wikimania? It seems a shame to change the name this late in the game. Some people have already been publicizing the conference. Now it's going to become even trickier. "We've got this great wiki conference, but I can't tell you the name or the date. Please attend!" ha ha ha --Noname

Agreed: I would also like to understand these issues better. Regarding the domain name specifically, wouldn't wikimania.wikimedia.org be a fine place for conference-related information, like last year?
