Not sure if that's an exchange, but it's certainly cooperation: WMEE helped WMID to receive a large package from Europe. We transported it to Hong Kong, and now they're happy owners of a cool DIY bookscanner, made by Latvians on the basis of a free design. Good luck to WMID for working with it.
