HTTPS

Hi (sorry for writing in English), I removed the following remark that was added in translation after "L'implementazione del protocollo relativo alle URL, apre la strada all' HTTPS nativo;":

This refers to a different announcement [1] that was made later, on October 3, about the subsequent actual rollout of native HTTPS, which will of course be mentioned in the upcoming report for October. We try to keep the monthly reports restricted to what actually happened during that month, even though it is of course sometimes a little awkward to exclude things that happened between the end of the month and the publication of the reports.
