Questionnaire[edit]

Contributors[edit]

  • Wikimedia Statistics can be difficult to interpret. What is your impression, how many steady contributors do you have?
  • Are your contributors mostly native speakers?
    • Yes, though none of them is a sysop. I don't speak Guarani and usually only supervise the project or sometimes write an small article using language sources. Hugo.arg 22:35, 11 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  • Where do your contributors live (regions/country)?
  • How common is it that your contributors meet in real life?
    • Well, I get some invitations to meet the users in Paraguay but still have no possibilities to do that. Most Paraguayan editors are from Ateneo of Guarani language and other educational institutions and know each other. Hugo.arg 22:35, 11 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

  • Do you get feedback from readers?
  • What other encyclopedias exist in your language?
    • I don't know exactly but I think that Wikipedia is the first encyclopedic project in Guarani. Only last 20 years Guarani language got more support from governament.
