This template produces a link to a template on a Wikipedia.
If used with one parameter the link is to a template on the English Wikipedia. To link to a template on an other Wikipedia, give the language code as first parameter.
The default is the name of the current page.
Examples:
"{{tiw|tc}}"→ "w:Template:Tc" [1]"{{tiw|nl|beginnetje}}"gives "w:nl:Template:Beginnetje" [2]
