I would note that the fair use policy remains just a proposal. Hopefully we'll get that sorted soon. However, if implemented in its current form with a whitelist, it would probably be appropriate to adopt the method used on the English Wikinews by having a unique fair use template for each allowed situation, rather than just this template. That would make it easier to ensure compliance with the policy and improve the ability to organise different content. Adambro 17:35, 25 June 2009 (UTC)
