For that purpose, use the following templates, this way :

{{template|date|text}}
  • {{Announce discussion|date|text}}
  • {{Announce vote|date|text}}
  • {{Announce news|date|text}}
  • {{Announce Mediawiki|date|text}}
  • {{Announce miscellaneous|date|text}}

To add new icons, you may create new templates.

Would anyone mind restarting this service to those of us who don't subscribe to the list? Foundation-l has many important discussions, and I believe it's important to keep the non-subscribing community updated. Thanks in advance. Thunderhead 21:15, 22 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] 100.000 articles in Catalan Wikipedia

Is here the place to announce that Catalan Wikipedia reached 100.000 articles? I've seen one announcement in the past saying that German Wikipedia reached 1.000 quality articles, so I think this might be the place... Thank you!--Xtv 22:16, 18 January 2008 (UTC)

Oh, I came here directly from the main page -> edit -> talk without seeing the main page of this template and therefore I hadn't read this line, sorry.
