Lo conselh d'administracion de la Wikimedia Foundation (Board of Trustees en anglés) dirigís la fondacion e supervisa las proposicions e las sollicitacions de dons. Se tròba al somet de la ierarquia de la fondacion (article IV, sec. 1 dels Wikimedia Foundation bylaws).

Lo conselh es actualament constituit de sèt membres.
