  • I don't know the password for User:Larry Sanger. Somebody moved my account from the old meta.wikipedia.org URL, and never informed me of my password; and I'm sure any email address that is associated with that account is defunct (it was probably my old Nupedia email address). Anyway, I know the policy; I don't have to log in. You know it's me anyway; email me at sanger@citizendium.org. --Larry Sanger User:99.67.54.40 18:17, 10 April 2010
I notice in your original edit here that it looks like you were having a conversation with other users. There are comments signed by Godin/Gerard/Alison/etc. Was that page copied from some other wiki originally? Am I correct to assume that it was not on Meta Wikimedia because otherwise you could have used 'move'? Anyway, I doubt they would begrudge you for registering a second account if you forgot the password (though can't they send that to your email if you associated one with it?) because if you remembered it at a later date then you could always retire one or the other. Plus if you don't remember it, then it seems like an inevitably necessity to be able to communicate reliably in an ongoing basis in the future. Ty 06:12, 12 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  • Thanks for answering my questions =( Anyway yes, TOW's ArbCom refuses to budge on the issue, it's rather annoying seeing as how it's completely unsupported by policy and further founded on misunderstanding and outright lies. Eh well. Ty 02:12, 19 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
