AJAX Watcher is a special page that lets you watch activity in your wiki in real-time using AJAX.

Load up http://wiki.case.edu/Special:AJAXWatcher and follow the link to watch entire wiki. Then, make an edit to a discussion page on the Case Wiki and watch the AJAX Watcher update!
