Greetings from your wikimedian nutter C: I have decided to set up a base at Meta Wiki to better uphold my strongholds at the wikimedia projects I am active on.
At present I have no edits on WikiBooks and Wiktionary but they are connected to my account.
Presences on certain language wikipedias (namely Russian, German and Bulgarian) are not in use by myself, if you are a Bureaucrat of one of those wikipedias and somebody has requested to use the 'Matticusmadness' username on those wikipedias then you are welcome to usurp the current username and grant them use of it. The English Wikipedia however is in use by myself and the same rules do not apply.
Please note that the 'Matticusmadness' on bxr Wikipedia is not me as ToolServer will tell you.
