Necrophorus (real name Achim Raschka) is author in the german Wikipedia and was a board member of the german chapter of Wikimedia (have a look at Wikimedia Deutschland). On meta he started a proposal for the project Wikikids, a Wikipedia version for children aged between 6 and 16 (from children for children).
