Hello, my name is Niels and I'm currently writing a thesis about the organizational culture on Wikipedia.

The main focus of my project is organizational culture in relation to the collaborative article writing on Wikipedia.

In this context I'm primarily using Etienne Wenger's theories about communities of practice and Niclas Luhmann's theories about social systems to analyze the following areas:

- Group dynamics - Identities of the contributors - Culture and norms within the community
