Interwikis on commons?

I would like to put the interwikis for a page in the commons or some place.

• Instead of 80 article with 79 lines of interwiki in each one, just one page with 80 lines.
• More control over vandalism
• Less database space
• Less bot activity to update interwikis. (or none at all)
• Each wiki goes there and create their own links, while not "polluting" recent changes.
