One babel is actually not enough. The four abilities should be indicated separately, I think. Here you can see a detailed overview:

- Flemish (vl): Native language in daily use. Is a separate language than Dutch, although that's politically not supported.
- Note 1: Doesn't link to Wikipedia article because that article is mostly wrong. I recommend to read http://vlaamsetaal.info/ (only available in Dutch).
- Note 2: The language code is not an official ISO 639.
- Note 3: I indicated I can't write/read it, just because there is no spelling...
- Dutch (nl): Is learned in school as written language (Dutch is official language of Belgium, not Flemish).
- English (en): A subject in school, but mainly learned through wiki!
- French (fr): A relatively important subject in school, but I don't know it as much as I should.
- Latin (la): Same as for French.
- Afrikaans (af): Read and write based on Dutch.
- German (de): Small and new subject in school, but I can already hear/read a bit.
- Greek (grc): I once learned the basics of Ancient Greek, but forgot most of it...
