For your information, WonRyong once has been blocked for a week in ko.wikipedia due to his offense against other users, and blocked again due to his abusing of multiple accounts. Three of them were permanently blocked [1] [2] [3] and one of them was blocked for two weeks. [4] He was also charged with his constant copyright infringement and at least a year of block was suggested, which 17 users of ko.wikipedia supported. [5] Currently, he is creating a lot of pages, including Wikisource namespace ones, which should not be created by a user but through users' discussions. For example he created s:ko:Wikisource:컨센서스 starting with explicit POV, which could be translated as: "Decision should be made by consensus. [...] Actually there is no consensus, only vote exists. From prehistoric age to now, and to future, in every kind of society including communism or democracy, the principle and basis are voting."(모든 사회의 의사결정은 기본적으로 컨센서스에 의해 결정되는 것이 원칙입니다. [...] 실질적으로는, 컨센서스는 없으며, 투표만이 존재합니다. 역시, 원시시대 부터 지금까지, 미래에도, 공산주의건 민주주의건 어떤 공동체에서도, 그 원칙과 기본은 투표입니다.)   • 2006-08-03
    • I openly say that I am a conservative.
    • The first FAIR-USE vote.
    • I am the most loud and the first FAIR-USE supporter in ko.wiki
    • All sysops prohibits FAIR-USE.
    • Korean Copyright Act approve FAIR-USE.
    • I said that all sysops(include all Beurocrats) are abusing the power.
    • Guarantee the freedom of Korean Copyright Act's FAIR-USE!!
    • But sysops's reponse is silent.
    • So, then, I request the vote for FAIR-USE to everone.
    • Sysops needs to stop the vote. They say w:en:Wikipedia:Voting is evil

    • re-request REASON 1: I've gatherd fair-use YES man, No man. And, I find that YES is more.
    • re-request REASON 2: I commented about fair-use polocy to the wikimedia foundation. And after some days, Wikimedia foundation announced Translation requests/Licensing policy. Foundation approved the freedom of FAIR-USE.
    • All sysops prohibits FAIR-USE.
    • RESULT: My proposal is rejected. YES 18 = NO 18

    • REASON: w:ko:위키백과:사랑방/2007년 6월#이한결님의 두가지 행동
      • I see "the insult message to me" at LeeHanGyul's personal page by chance.
      • I ask that "what is it?" to User:LeeHanGyul in village pump, openly.
      • But, Sysop Klutzy said to me. Shut up, If you don't shut up, it may be disadvantage to you. he use a euphemism.
      • So, I said to Sysop Klutzy, "You mean, fucken Shut up?"
    • Then, Sysop JungAnYoungMin blocked me for 1 week. (Bloack reason "독설" means insult in english)

    • LeeHyungJoo request the vote for FAIR-USE to everone.
    • RESULT: His proposal is approved. YES 19, NO 14
    • But this Vote's result is not effective. I protest it, but protest is rejected.
    • All sysops prohibits FAIR-USE.
    • LeeHyungJoo is blocked now. REASON: insult, spam, etc.[7]

      • 멀뚱멀뚱 = 멀뚱이 is my nickname. I have a 멀뚱이 blog in korean. It's count is 174,219 now.
      • But some korean wikipedian attack me. he insult 멀뚱이. Then, I've changed to my legal name.
      • WonYong = 이원룡 = WonRyong is my legal name.
      • WonRyong is my Grobal User ID.
      • I have openly noticed that "I change to new ID" always.
      • But, beurocrat PuzzletChung was seemed to think that many ID chage is the Abusing multiple accounts.
      • I protest that openly noticed Id is not Abusing. But my protest is rejected. :(
      • I am using User:WonRyong as the Grobal User ID now.
      • Why don't use Request Change Username? I did not know about it.
      • Recently, Request for "이원룡 -> WonRyong" is rejected by beurocrat.
