Translation of September 2011 Highlights

Hi Akaniji, thanks for starting Wikimedia Foundation Highlights, September 2011/ja! I had planned to announce the already finished translations (ar, it, de) on the central WikimediaAnnounce-l mailing list very soon. Do you think the Japanese version can be finished until Sunday evening UTC, say? Then I could postpone the announcement, so that the Japanese version can be included too.
