Fundraising translation feedback[edit]

I wanted to ask for your help. As you may be aware we have been running banners on many language wikis. We have a lot of new content this year and I really want to conduct a thorough review of our translations. @DavidL: Is it normal that I cannot talk on talk pages? I can't even wite to you on frwikibooks on your own talk page.

This boilerplate shall be on the top of this page but the system rejects my edit (Il n'est pas autorisé de créer sa page de présentation sans être un contributeur du site, ni de faire de l'auto-promotion.). Maybe someone would like to do something about it. Until then I will not see when you write anything here, and people will not even know why.

Hi, in the very first ruleset, you may want to replace background-image:url(-) with background-image: none, because the former actually triggers an HTTP request to « https://<wiki_domain>/w/- » (which of course gets a 404 error). Od1n (talk) 11:29, 13 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Dark mode colour contrast issues rendered on iOS devices[edit]

Hello, just a quick feedback, the dark mode template does not work well with vector 2010/2022 when viewed on an iOS device. Specifically the captions of image thumbnails - the text is almost the same colour as the background which is not possible to read. would you be able to make e.g. the text brighter? thanks

thanks for fixing that, however here's a new problem:
The "tools" menu when hidden to the top bar
The text when editing any page

First new problem should be fixed.
I can't see how to fix the second problem as I cannot reproduce it.

I use chrome on macos, editing with source editing, the problem is there. the text appears correct on ios chrome.
i also tried with safari on macos, when you click on edit source of an article, the text shows for 1 second but disappears into the background colour.

Album Track Listing is Greyed Out[edit]

Using this skin, I noticed that on both desktop and mobile versions, the album tracks are greyed out. Is it possible to fix that?

Dark theme problems w/ header[edit]

Hi, I'm not sure if this is particularly a me issue, or if it's an unadded feature, but I'm using Vector 2022 with your dark theme, and the top bar still appears as if it is in light theme. I do have some other customized CSS that may be interfering (see my CSS page on the English Wikipedia). If I may add a suggestion, having the header and tagline inverted in color, but not the Wikipedia logo, may be most effective for allowing this accessibility with a darkened header.
