Hi Gentgeen. Thanks for taking an interest in grants for WM; it's a much underlooked need! We are in no position to apply for this July-15-deadline grant, however... let's focus on getting a preliminary grant for investigating how to land such a beast -- like the small September-deadline grant for planning a project, or the smaller Sept-deadline grant for finding advisors and collaborators. I bet they would love to give us a bit of money, but we have to ask for something suitable to our current (very preliminary) state of subproject specialization, grant writing, and bureaucratic development. +sj+ 02:07, 8 Jul 2004 (UTC)
