Welcome to Meta![edit]

Hello JenVan, and welcome to the Wikimedia Meta-Wiki! This website is for coordinating and discussing all Wikimedia projects. You may find it useful to read our policy page. If you are interested in doing translations, visit Meta:Babylon. You can also leave a note on Meta:Babel or Wikimedia Forum (please read the instructions at the top of the page before posting there). If you would like, feel free to ask me questions on my talk page. Happy editing! Ottava Rima (talk) 17:06, 22 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Fundraising Translators[edit]

Hi JenVan, my name is Deniz and I am working for the Wikimedia Foundation during the 2010 Fundraiser. My job is to be your liaison between the Russian community and the Foundation. This year's fundraiser is intended to be a collaborative and global effort, we recognize that banner messages that perform well in the United States don't necessarily translate well, or appeal to international audiences. I'm contacting you as I am currently looking for translators who are willing to contribute to this project, translating messages into Russian and suggesting messages that would appeal to Russian readers on the Fundraising Meta Page. Please let me know if you'd be interested in helping with this project, and add your feedback to the proposed messages as well! I look forward to working with you during this year's fundraiser. --Dgultekin 19:43, 7 сентября 2010 (UTC)

Thank you, JenVan. If you do not have time please direct others interested in the project to meta so we can make the Russian fundraiser a huge success. --Deniz (WMF) 19:28, 17 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Your Russian Wikibooks adminship[edit]

Please be advised of your Russian Wikibooks adminship for 3 months through 2011-02-10 instead of being permanent as Mardetanha emailed me that your community might not be sufficiently sizable yet. Please apply to renew your adminship there if you want longer.

Thank you for your interest.

Sorry for any inconvenience of changing the term of your Russian Wikibooks adminship.

Welcome abroad.Jusjih 03:54, 10 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Global CSS/JS migration[edit]

Hello JenVan. You have global scripts in User:JenVan/global.js, which you import using your local JS pages. Since August 2014, your global.js and global.css pages are loaded automatically on all wikis. Since you already import them yourself, you may experience script errors or tools being added twice. Do you want me to remove the global imports from your local pages using Synchbot (without changing any other content)? —Pathoschild 02:02, 25 June 2015 (UTC)

Hi again! I haven't heard back from you, so I'll assume you don't want to do this. Feel free to leave me a message or add a Synchbot request if you change your mind. :) —Pathoschild 16:57, 09 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
