List of Wikipedias

I fixed m:List of Wikipedias today to make the table user-sortable by any column and to make the first two columns narrower so the table would fit better in typically sized windows, but your edit and another by someone without a username undid those changes. If you have an automated process to update the statistics in the table, could you modify it to include my changes each time so the table will be more useful? Thanks. Language boxes

Hello Prince Kassad. I saw that you substituted the old babel templates. The new template is constantly refined based on suggestions from users. If you have any suggestions to improve {{user language}} to your liking, they are more than welcome.

If you still want to use the old format, this is possible with {{babelold}}, which is the old format but using the new text and categories. If you prefer to substitute entirely, we can use invisible templates to categorize instead, if that's okay with you. You can compare the three formats below. Again, any suggestions are welcome. :)

vandalism

Hi Prince Kassad,

Please take appropriate action for the vandalism on my.wiktionary.org. [Sept.12 entries] [likely after creating account]

Description - deliberately replacing text with abused-Unicode font ( also known as ethnic-cleansing font) - creating new word and entering meaningless text using above.

That person is fully aware of Unicode-compliant font to be used in Wiki and had done that way year ago. All work done on Sept 12 were pure vandalism.

Clean-up Aromunische Wikipedia

Hallo Prince Kassad,

ich habe gesehen, dass Du ein Clean-up der Fiji-Wikipedia gemacht hast. Ich fände es gut, wenn ein solches Clean-up auch auf der Aromunischen Wikipedia durchgeführt würde. Dort hat ein Benutzer letztes Jahr mit bot-generierten Ortsartikeln die Artikelzahl von rund 5000 auf über 60000 hochgetrieben. Diese Artikel sind allerdings im Prinzip ohne Inhalt, da steht jeweils nur der Name der Ortschaft und die Provinz nebst Überschriften zu leeren Abschnitten drin (Beispiel: roa-rup:Comstock Park.

Wo kann man denn eine solches Clean-up zur Diskussion vorschlagen?

ich sah, dass du was auf meiner Diskussions-Seite geschrieben hast. Danke für die Info. Da hatte ich nicht zu viele Zeit geschweige denn dass ich darauf antworten konnte, da ich für einige Zeit inaktiv gewesen war.

Du hast mir vorgesclagen mich hier einzutragen, und das habe ich bereits getan, aber es sind leider wenige Leute da, die das billigen. Daran war ich und bin noch interessiert und werde immer...Es sind, glaube ich zumindest, wenige Befürworter da und solange es wenige Zustimmer gibt, dann gibt es kein wikisource.ku, das kann ich mir vorstellen.

Liliana, ich bin in dewiki seit 2004 registriert und so lange auch in anderen Projekten aktiv, und hier zumindest halbaktiv. Es ist verständlich, dass du dich aufgebracht fühlst, aber, so meine Erfahrung von hier wie auch aus dem RL, wenn du unter diesen Vorzeichen weiter auf den diversen Seiten editierst und überzeugt bist, nur deine Wahrheit ist die Wahrheit, so erreichst du nicht viel. Leicht gesagt, schwer zu machen: aber dennoch, vergiss die Seiten wo irgendjemand etwas vorbereitet, nimm drei Baldriantropfen oder ähnliches, und lege dich hin. Ich war jetzt zwei Wochen im Krankenhaus, und es tut wirklich gut immer festzustellen, man kann eine Zeitlang ohne den Wiki-Kick leben. Ist ja noch gar nichts entschieden. Morgen überlegst du, ob du alles überall richtig machtest, und das Leben geht weiter. Gruß -jkb- 20:25, 19 July 2012 (UTC)

I hope that I have adequately responded to your questions at the RFC. At the base of the document (the stop press), I also propose a slight modification to #proposal 1 to add the clarity that I think that you were seeking. There is also a community compiled list on the talk page which might add some helpful information. Such a list has to sit outside the policy as those lists are dynamic.
