Hello. You have been mentioned here. I therefore have explained there you just pinged me on irc and asked for rollback feature. Once you are a global countervandalism fighter, I didn't see any problem on granting you such permission. Moreover, rollback policy states that there are other undefined criteria for granting rights, and that is up to local administrators. I'd be glad if you could confirm what happened over there. You misunderstand the purpose of the rollback flag. I suggest you to go to every GR request and vote against users because they can't speak Portuguese, Swahili or Gujarati.
