Served as chief of the Moscow bureau of the National TV Agency of Kazakhstan; Holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from Almaty State University, Kazakhstan, and has a master’s degree in business administration from the School of International Business, Academy of National Economy, Russian Federation.
