  • How do you maintain a good set of press contacts, and keep it fresh?
  • When sending out press releases, do you target different versions of a release to different target audiences?
  • When sending out news and information via a newswire, are there any special considerations which make its text different from those of another kind of press release?
  • When are good days of the week to send out announcements and releases?
  • When sending out long-term story pitches (to magazines, interview shows, and the like), what kinds of information is most interesting? (say, upcoming expected events, ongoing long-term events or issues, human interest stories?)
