Workshop for the WMFconf

Hello , I saw your proposal of workshop about alternative to Dropbox, I think this proposal is joining my idea "Sharing the cost :"optimization of donors money". I just formulated it in the financial way, but I believe it's the same point. Hi Charles. Yes, I saw your submission as well. I was looking at it from a centralised portal where chapters can keep important documentation, proposals and reports, a filing system that is secured. At the moment the South African Chapter is using Google Drive for keeping and tracking project documentation. I have my concerns with regards to Google Drive and Drop Box and maybe it is time Chapters looked at a more secure yet transparent way of filing and documenting chapter activities, both financial and outreach projects. Wikipedians from Mozambique

Hi, Thuvack. Hope you arrived well in South Africa! As we talked about in Milan, we have a facebook page for the Portuguese Wikipedia that attracts many people from both Angola and Mozambique (literally thousands). I am proposing to the other administrators of the page that whenever Wikimedia South Africa would like to send a message to them, we translate it to Portuguese and post it there. Perhaps when you have plans to start a Wikipedia in local languages spoken in either of those countries. Hope to see you around somewhere.
