No! The policy says clearly do not vote. You can see that on almost every subpage of the page Requests for new languages. And the header says also "Arguments in favour" and not "Votes" SPQRobin 23:03, 21 July 2007 (UTC)

About the admins you spoke of on the Main Page

Well, apparently according to you're edit count (strange how the layout of every Wikipedia is the same) you have half of what the only admin I could verify was. So, I think if you do Recent Changes patrol, or edit on everything you know about, you may be able to be come an admin soon, if you're wiki has a RfA. If not then Meta has a RfA thing for individual wiki's RfA's where a beaurocrat on meta can appoint you, and temporary rights, if the admins or beaurocrats think that it's necissary.
