Setup should be straightforward in that a wikipedia equivalent is set up for which articles refer to citys + touristic activities and have perhaps a bit of a formal structure. A more farereaching goal would be to offer a possibility to produce custom excerpts with a selectable level of scope and detail (say City/Region x,y,z, basic stuff).

Wiki and CityGuides seem to be a natural match. Advantages over traditional guides would be:

• More up to date
• More accurate
• Truely local knowledge
• More comprehensive
