Hi, could you please give a budget? How much are you planning to spend on which issues, what is your total budget? How much do you expect to gather from which resources? Hi, as for budget, could you please give details about venue? It is uncertain 1) how much the venue costs per day, and 2) who will pay for it (will it be offered freely by courtesy or should the organization team raise the money for covering the venue expense)? Now I found as Strengthes "Collaboration with KMDI gives us free facilities, expertise in holding conventions, and links to other groups who might be willing to sponsor us." (I prefer to have this on Budet/Venue section too, more clearly). So can we now think the venue will be offered as gratis? Thanks.　--Aphaia: Answer
