Mr. President,

Hereby, in reply to your presentation of February 5, I address you and throghout yourself to the organizers of 2009 Wikimania Congress. I'm pleased to inform that the cosmopolitan features of Buenos Aires City, its ample lodging, transportation and communications infrastructure, added to the will of fostering all activities aimed to spread the City culture make Buenos Aires the adequate place for events and congresses of the above mentioned type. Therefore, we will greatly appreciate being chosen as the place for the performance of Wikimania 2009.

I remain available for anything you may require to articulate any actions necessary for the performance of the event, as good as any other initiatives focused on the diffusion of our culture around the world, making our City a friendly and comfortable destination for our visitors.
